Stacey Suber-Drake currently serves as the General Counsel for the Georgia Department of Education. Prior to joining the Georgia Department of Education in 2008, she was a staff attorney in the Northeastern Judicial Circuit in Georgia. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia.
Ms. Suber-Drake is also a member of the Child Protection and Advocacy Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.
