State Leadership in Creating Safe, Supportive Learning Environments

On July 8 at 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET, NASBE will host experts in policy, research, and state-level programming for a webinar about state leadership in creating healthy and supportive learning environments for all students and the latest policy trends. Participants will hear about the Maryland State Board of Education’s efforts to change school culture to close achievement gaps among black boys and how North Carolina has used the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child, (WSCC) framework to promote student-centered learning.
