Join NASBE and the National Institute for Early Education Research (NIEER) on Thursday, May 7, from 3:00–4:00 pm ET for a webinar highlighting key findings from NIEER’s 2025 State of Preschool Yearbook, with insights from NASBE’s ECE State Network.
Presenters include Allison Friedman-Krauss, senior researcher at NIEER, and Steve Barnett, NIEER’s senior co-director and founder. They will be joined by state leaders Kim Pattillo Brownson (California State Board of Education), Nick Greer (Maryland State Board of Education), and Jill Dent (Mississippi Department of Education).
Together, they will discuss state trends and progress in expanding access to high-quality preschool, strengthening systems, and advancing mixed-delivery approaches, as well as key priorities for the future.
