Beck Chair of Ideas in Education, University of Minnesota, will discuss the role that leadership can play in student achievement and school culture, effective leadership practices and the devastating impact of leader transitions on school improvement.
  • Amelia Hodges, Associate Secretary for the College and Workforce Readiness, Delaware Department of Education, will discuss the development and implementation of the Delaware Performance Appraisal System (DPAS II) as it relates to the evaluation of school principals.
